To order securely online just click on the “Add
to Cart” button and this will take you to the shopping cart page where you will
find your product details summarised and the relevant delivery options. To
continue with the purchase click “Proceed to Checkout” and enter your Shipping
and Billing details. One this is complete select your Payment Method from
the drop down box.
Payment
We accept payment by all Major Credit and Debit
cards, Paypal and Paypal Express, please use the drop down box to select your
preferred payment method.
Postage and Packaging
We deliver anywhere in mainland UK using the
deliver charge quoted, The delivery charge can be seen for each product by
clicking on the “Add to Cart” button and proceeding to the checkout stage. Each
product has a different delivery charge dependent upon the order value. If you require delivery outside of mainland UK, then
please contact
us first for a quote.
We ship via a range of different couriers which
have a delivery time of 2 to 5 days. We can arrange for next day Special
delivery, please
contact us and we will advise you of the cost for this service.
We endeavour to process your order as quickly
as possible and will usually despatch your goods within 5 days of you receiving
the order, providing we have the product in stock. If an item is no longer
available or is out of stock then we shall inform you and advise you of the
expected delivery time.
We may contact you by telephone or email
regarding your order so please ensure that you have provided us with these
contact details. By placing an order you confirm that you have provided us the
correct billing address of your debit/credit card and the correct delivery
address if different to the above.
Please note that we cannot accept
responsibility for delays in delivery caused by our courier, or other factors
beyond our control. Hence we cannot be liable for an item that fails to arrive
by a required date.
Returns Policy
We are fully compliant with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Regulations) Act 2000, which allows for a 7 day "cooling off" period. If you decide to return an item that you do not like then you must contact us first by e-mail anytime up to 7 working days starting the day after delivery. Once we have confirmed that the goods can be returned, you must ensure that the item returned is in perfect condition with all the original packaging. Upon satisfactory receipt of the goods we shall issue a refund for the cost of the goods minus a restocking fee of £12.00, either by cheque or the original method of payment. However, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF RETURNING THE ITEM BACK TO US.
